Overview:
Give or deny access to individual users abilities within the Text Groove platform. You can set individual User Types as will as individual app and function permissions for each user on your account.
Adding A New User:
Customizing User Permissions:
Once a User has successfully been added to your organization you can add or remove custom user permissions by going to Settings > Manage User Access, and then clicking the blue "User Permissions" button under the "Options" column for the particular User on the right side of the page.
On this page you can choose to update User Type by clicking the drop down menu at the top of the page, changing your selection and clicking the green "Update User Type" button. Doing this will change the default selection for each permission listed below.
You can also choose to individually adjust parameters listed below by clicking "Always Allow" or "Always Deny" for each specific permission listed. The default permission for that specific User Type will always be listed next to the "Default" button selector.
Modify Custom User Roles:
You can create your own Custom User Roles by clicking the yellow "Modify Custom User Roles" button at the top of the Manage User Access page. Clicking this will take you to the Custom User Roles Page.
To create a Custom User Role click the green "Create New Role" button at the top of the screen. Name it, and select each specific permission you would like for that role. Then click the blue "Create Roll" button on the bottom of the page.
