Overview:

Text Groove is first and foremost a chat based texting service, and as such, we offer a number of ways to send a message!

Types of Messaging:

Text - Text messaging is the base of what we do. We have the capability to text-enable any landline, toll-free or VoIP telephone number. Text messages are completely unlimited for incoming and outgoing messages. SMS text messages are limited to 160 characters per message, if you go over this character count, the message will be sent as two messages then rebuilt and displayed as one message on handsets.

Emoji - We offer the full set of emojis, and update as new ones are released. Emojis are completely unlimited for incoming and outgoing messages. Emojis count as 70 characters within an SMS text message.

GIF - Text Groove fully supports the use of GIFs and are completely unlimited for incoming and outgoing messages. We use a built in version of Giphy built to offer fully searchable GIFs. 

Audio - Audio messages are completely unlimited and available as incoming messages only. End users are able to record voice memos and audio files on their devices and send those in to Text Groove. These audio messages will appear in your chat window as a player that you can click to play and also download for use on air.

Video - Video messaging is also available on Text Groove and completely unlimited as incoming messages only. Video quality is severely limited by SMS text messaging bandwidth caps.
