You can view and keep track of all sorts of handy metrics for your Text Groove Account in the Reports tab. See total incoming and outgoing messages, break it down by hour, week, month, and even day-part if you would like. 

When logged into Text Groove, click into your Main Sender Window. On the Main Sender Window, at the top of the screen, you will see a list of blue icons, these are shortcuts to different parts of Text Groove. Click the "Reports" icon to go to the Reports Dashboard.

On this page you will see multiple tabs along the top of the page, including Massages by Hour, Week, Month, and Text Engagement. Text Engagement breaks down your Unique Texters, New Texters, and Re-Engaged Texters. Each of these tabs breaks down your total incoming and outgoing messages by different time-spans and types of Texters. You can even select exact dates to look into by clicking the date window and selecting a date.

If there is a particular metric that you are keeping track of a little more intently, you are able to download each of these individual metrics by hovering over the info widget you want, and clicking the "Download Full Results" icon that appears. Doing so will download the complete list of info for that particular metric as a .CSV file for use in Google Sheets, or Excel.
