Dashboards is a beta product that changes the way you can interact with your customers/listeners. With this platform, organizations have the ability to build and customize their own dashboard to suit their organizations/users needs. Dashboards provides a flexible and user-friendly solution.
One of the key features of Dashboards is its ease of use. The platform is designed to be intuitive and straightforward, with a drag-and-drop interface that allows organizations to easily add and remove components as needed. Additionally, Dashboards supports a wide range of data sources, including Profiles, Contacts, Messages, Prep Pages, buttons, and a new Text Feed view. This flexibility means that organizations can easily incorporate data from across the platform into a single, unified view, making it easier than ever to interact with their customers/listeners.
Please note that this product is currently in Open Beta. As we continue to develop the product, there may be changes and updates that affect the functionality and user experience. We will do our best to keep you informed about any major changes and provide guidance on how to navigate them.
We are gathering feedback about the product and look forward to your suggestions. The following are known issues/concerns so far:
- Currently, it does NOT scale on mobile properly. This will be addressed eventually but please only use it while on a desktop computer with a resolution of at least 1920x1080. We are wanting to gather feedback about how exactly to make the different designs work on different sized screens
- Certain drag/drop functionality may be a bit mis-aligned going from multiple different screen sizes
- Currently apps (aside from the Prep Page) can not be added
- Some features will only come to the dashboards and will not be available outside of dashboards (Text Feed)
- Dashboards can be seen/accessed by anyone in the account and only have modify/view permissions, not per dashboard permissions.
- You can not "undo" a dashboard save so please make sure you are happy with how it is. The plan is to add versioning in the future.
