Overview:
As a new client with Text Groove, you and your team have the option to take part in our online Training session with one of our Customer Success team members. In this training session, we cover all aspects of the platform; covering both basic and advanced features to maximize your use. Learn efficient messaging, database building, and toggling between features like the Prep Page and Reporting. We'll explore automation tools such as Keywords and Automatic Replies, strategies to increase engagement and revenue, and provide insights into our support and easy migration process.
Training can happen one on one or as a group. We ask that you join a training session with access to a desktop computer, as screen sharing is involved, its a lot easier to follow along with a full size screen instead of a mobile-device. Training sessions typically take 60-90 minutes.
