Block or Unblock a Contact
Overview:
There may be a time when a contact needs to be blocked. When a contact is blocked, they are removed from the main sender window and placed into a separate "quarantine" window.
When in the main sender window, hover over the contact's most recent message in the inbox view and click "Block Profile".
Once the page is refreshed, the message will disappear.
To unblock a contact, click the "Show/Hide Blocked" button.
Click the "Unblock Profile" button next to the contact you'd like to unblock.
Once the page is refreshed or you return to the main sender window (by clicking the red "show/hide blocked" button), the message will reappear in the main inbox.
